Products

We sell original paintings and limited edition art prints. Colors and details may appear slightly different on screen than in person due to monitor settings and display variations. We make every effort to represent our artwork as accurately as possible.

Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works. Prints are produced in limited quantities as noted on each product listing. Availability is not guaranteed and items may sell out without notice.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available through Shopify Payments.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are carefully packaged to ensure your artwork arrives safely. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All Sales Final

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please review product descriptions, images, and sizing carefully before completing your purchase. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Madeline Kiel and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site without express written permission.

Purchasing an original painting or print grants you ownership of the physical piece. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights, which remain with the artist.

Limitation of Liability

Madeline Kiel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
